The prayer shawl group meets every Tuesday from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm in a classroom all year round. In September, a Senior Mass is said by Fr. Grosso who blesses all the shawls. Before Christmas the group goes to a couple of convalescent homes in Stamford and personally gives out the shawls.
